F/S 1970 Coupe L-46/M-21
White 1970 Coupe, L-46, M-21, 3.70, PS, PB, AM-FM Stereo, w/optional Custom Interior Trim (Black)
Original numbers matching car, Body, Frame, Engine, Trans./Driveline, Starter, Alt., Interior, Spare Tire, etc., all “born with” at St. Louis. All of the hard to find, date correct, expensive parts needed for NCRS judging are included with this car.
Four NCRS Chapter Top Flights (Judging sheets available upon request)
NCRS - Lake Erie Chapter, 08/04/13, Top Flight – 94.3 pts (no driving pts) 150 miles driven
NCRS - Heart of Ohio Chapter, 04/27/14, Top Flight – 98.0 pts (96.4/1.6 mileage) 160 miles driven
NCRS - Pitt Tri-State Chapter, 05/03/14, Top Flight – 98.1 pts (97.6/.5 mileage) 50 miles driven
NCRS - Lake Erie Chapter, 08/10/14, Top Flight – 97.4 pts (97.3/.1) 150 miles driven
Two NCRS Regional Top Flights (Judging sheets available upon request)
NCRS - New England Regional, 09/25/14, Top Flight – 100 pts (96.8/3.2) 575 miles driven
NCRS - Texas Regional, 10/22/16, Top Flight – 97.7 pts (97.3/.4) 45 miles driven
It’s ready for a National Top Flight if desired.
This car is a driver and has 106k miles on the odometer. The engine, transmission, front & rear suspensions have all been rebuilt in the last five years. (I have receipts going back to 1984.)
I drive/use this car on a regular basis, everything mechanical/electrical functions as it should. It is not a trailer queen and shows typical wear and patina.
I’ll call the paint a five footer, it’s not perfect. About half the car is original paint, the other half was touched up in the 1980’s. Shows typical lacquer wear and patina.
The tank sticker is still attached to the tank, but is un-readable. (Repro tank currently installed)
The windshield is starting to delam and is cracked in one corner. I have an original used Jan. 1970 dated windshield for replacement.
Also included are numerous boxes of NOS parts, Repro parts, Carpet kit, Screws/Fasteners, Maint. Manuals, AIM, Tech. Docs, Owners Packet, Books, Magazines, etc., and a second set of wheels/tires (repro Bias ply Goodyear Wide Treads & BF Goodrich T/A radials).
Please e-mail me with any questions mjfur(at)verizon(dot)net,
The car is located in Argyle, TX. $35,000

Sorry to see you selling this car... I enjoyed the opportunity to see the car in person!
This is a really solid car... I doubt that it will be around for long. Good luck with the sale!

To everyone that has responded, thanks for all the kind words.
All is well with me, just looking for a different car or project. I only have room for one toy, so this one has to go before I get another.
