This is kind of entertaining.
"This car is a licensed Mach 5 and is #5 of 5 built. This car was just completed in January of 2017 and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and full rights to show and display this car using the name "Speed Racer Mach 5". This is a fully licensed Speed Racer Mach 5."

Wow, why would someone do that to a nice car?
Heck, I can remember loving the Mach 5 back in the 1960's WHEN IT WAS A CARTOON SHOW.
Any idea if the girl or the monkey come with it?

For $5 more, my nephew bought a nice restored numbers matching 4 owner maroon 1966 427/425 4 speed vert with sidepipes last summer. I'm glad he showed such good judgement for a guy under 40
I liked Speed Racer the cartoon better than the real thing
Marc in Indy
Garage filled with a C1 and a C3, still no room for SuperFly rides

What I'm talking about is that someone took a real Corvette and turned it into a cartoon. That's different from someone who makes a reproduction of the Batmobile, or the General Lee... those were cars that actually existed. The Mach 5 was a cartoon.
