WTB: 1969-72 Coupe! (Canada and North East US)
Hello!
Ideally I am looking for a 1969 Coupe, Driver quality car.
Budget of 15k US in the states,
or 23k in Canadian if seller is in Canada.
I Hope that is a realistic price now.
(Open to a bit more or less, any post is welcome)
Preference given to:
- 1969!!
- Manual
- Black or Orange
- Good to Needs improving quality paint
Interested in:
- 1969 to 1972 Chrome Bumpers
- Big Block (Price point is the issue or it would be higher on my list)
Not interested in:
- Convertibles
- Big Projects
Numbers matching is of minimal concern for me.
I am hoping to Look at / Visit any that I am interested in,
Or to have it looked at for me if it is too far personally to check up.
I am located in Toronto, Canada.
Very willing and able to drive fair distances cross border on weekends to check out any I am interested in.

Hi A,
Some folks feel that with 68-72 cars one that you can buy for $15,000 will take $15,000 to get it to the level of a car you can buy for $22,000.
Most bumper cars in the $10,00-$15,000 take more money and time than folks expect.
Maybe?
Regards,
Alan

I live in your area and have been looking for a chrome bumper car for over two years. In my opinion you will need to add $10k to your budget to get what you are after and even then it probably won't be a big block. But check kijiji.ca daily because when good ones gets listed they don't last long.

I'm in the Toronto area and I have a 77 coupe, restored / 5 speed conversion / I know its not a metal bumper car (currently restoring a 72 vert) but the price is reasonable / pm me if you are interested / car is in winter storage now but I can send you pics if interested.
