Very Nice Corvette!!!
GLWS!
(Just to be sure, is the rebuilt engine and rebuilt 4sp transmission original to the Corvette and stamped with the vin suffix? and was this the base engine before the rebuild?)
(Glad to hear you and family did not get flooded, son is in Houston, did not get wet either, it was a mess, flooding like this never seen before I think)

It is the base engine. My dad added the LT1 valve covers and aluminum intake when he owned the car, I put the chrome air cleaner and the sticker to dress it up a bit. I still have the original valve covers, intake, carb, and air cleaner to put it back stock.

Looks great!! Very nice Corvette!
I believe the the transmission is original to the car, but the numbers on the block do not match from what I can tell. They were mostly removed from when the engine was rebuilt.
