Default 1970 4spd coupe blue San Diego

A rare gem of a car, I have owned this 1970 Corvette Stingray for 16 years now. The majority of that time it was stored and maintained. It's got the T-Tops, 4 speed manual transmission, and only around 2,000 miles on a newly rebuilt 350 ci, 190 hp, V8 engine (not the original, so not matching numbers). It was well taken care of and is in decent shape and runs great. Interior is in good shape. Four new tires and new brake rotors as well, interior is in good shape. Headlights are all working and the vacuum lines leading to them were recently replaced, one light needs a little pull to come up and might need a new actuator which is a simple fix. Clock and odometer/ tach not working as is the case on most of these vettes. The paint is ok shape, but with the typical stress cracks in parts due to the fiberglass body. Overall it's a fun car and a great buy, not many of these left on the road!

Looking to sell for $14,800 or best offer, currently for sale on Ebay with NO RESERVE!

Well I've had it for 16 years and don't drive it much any more. It's a relic of a previous me I suppose!

I just checked and its in great shape. No cracks, coloring is good and matches interior. I put that pad on there when I first bought the car, knowing it needed some protection.

Does this car have tilt/tele, looks like so? Also, what about power steering brakes? AC?

Yes it does have tilt/tele steering wheel. No power steering or brakes though. Here's a link to the eBay listing:

To the owner.. just have a moderator take off that $24,000 price in your subject line so these guys don't get confused.

good luck on the sale..love this 70's blue exterior color!

Didn't take figuring anything out.. IF you read the guys ad entirely the owner had lowered his price at the bottom of his first post AND posters just can't change the titles of their ad it takes a moderator to change that part.

You guys quit giving this owner a hard time.

Again good luck to the seller

Re-opening thread.

Members... I have removed several posts from multiple members that are in direct violation with forum rules on Interference in a Sales Thread. (Rule follows)

Interference in a For Sale thread

If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.

If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.

If you post your own for sale items to the for sale thread started by someone else, you also are in violation of Forum rules. Start your own thread, rather than jumping into the thread of someone else.

If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...le-thread.html
If you are unfamiliar with this rule, please familiarize yourself with it. Comments critical of a car or its ad, including opining about details in the ad text and making public commentary about the legitimacy of an ad, is not allowed. If you have a question of a seller, ask it. If you need to continue an issue, take it to PM or move on to another ad.

Comments and opinions that derail or otherwise do not advance the sale will be removed and sanctioned.

To the OP, if you have questions about editing your thread or anything else, please contact a moderator. I made an edit to your title to clarify things. If you experience interference within your sales thread in the future, please either PM myself or another moderator, or click on the "Report Post" icon underneath the offending post (the triangle with the exclamation point in the middle) and we will address it.

Best of luck on the sale of your beautiful Corvette.
