I don't think it's a health issue if he's considering trades. If he can clean his butt, then he can clean the interior.

Don't know but I once owned a crate LS-6 motor, they were available from Chev dealers ($2999.00 such a deal, complete intake to pan) remember it had hydraulic lifters, not solid like the '70-'72 LT-1's which were 350 SB's. Was barely streetable, sold it to a builder for his '62 Nova wagon drag car.

nope. ..BB cam is longer and has bigger bearing . Lifters can interchange though.
