Maybe in 20 years...they might be in a better price range. But a car, any car, is only worth what it sells for. Obviously sellers want the most money and buyers want to pay the least.
Look at the prices that sellers are asking for some 73's, all over the scale. And that's why they are still for sale.
I have 2 73's; a coupe and a convertible. I don't have them for investments...only for fun!
Yeh, me too. I've had my 73 for 21 years, added a lot of parts and done a lot of light restoration work. Counting the parts I"ve added its street value is about what I have in it, not counting labor. But then, who can put a price on the fun and satisfaction I get every time I turn the key.
