1971 coupe $12,800.
I have a 1971 corvette coupe for sale. It's Bridgehampton Blue with blue interior. Standard 270hp, automatic, power steering, air, and factory alarm system. It has the original engine, I checked the last four numbers and they match the I.D. number, pretty sure the rest of drivetrain is original also but didn't check for numbers. The car also has original paint on it and a bias ply spare in the carrier. I would say this is a project car that is a driver. It needs tlc, especially the interior and the paint. Car is located in S.W. Wisconsin. If anyone could help me post pictures that would be appreciated, Thanks.

If it isnt rusted underneath that would make an awesome "leave as is" driver for someone. Love the aged blue interior it has some character.

You need to remove the kick panels to access to that area. The front body mounts are there. If you were closer I'd be knocking on your door!

If I get time this weekend I will try to remove those panels to take the pictures and post them. Thanks

The odometer shows 120,000. It is a drivable project car. The headlines need help rising and lowering. The belt is off the air conditioner pump so not working at present, was disconnected before I bought it. Feels like compressor needs bearings when you manually turn the pulleys

Congrats on finding it a new home! I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.

I was surprised also on how long it took to sell and how little interest I had on the car. it was one of the more reasonably priced ones listed. Granted this was not a big block. It was a low optioned automatic but it did have air and all original drive train.
It was a car you could get in drive and update as you wanted to.
I think unless you have a highly optioned desirable car the market is very soft. I wanted garage space this fall and sold it for $9000. Someone got a good deal on an original driving c3. Just my thoughts and experience on this sale

Thanks for posting the final sale details. Asking 12,800 and sold for 9,000. I think many people here assume a seller would be insulted at an offer more than 25% below the asking price, not me, but many others.

People underestimate how soft the coupe market is, even for chrome bumper cars.
I think they are the best collector car buy out there.
