The Red Red Car would be a good buy at 45k.
It needs 3-4k worth of parts and another 4-6 in labor to install a Smog system, clean the interior, clean and minor correction on the paint.

I have been looking for a LT-1 Roadster for about a year. If someone knows of a documented car in any color other than orange and green please let me know. Car does not have to be local to me in GA. I am looking for a car that I will keep forever and will stay in my family. I promise to give your car a good home in a climate controlled garage.

Burning Brakes
There's a red 1970 LT-1 convertible with tan interior on ebay right now, however it has a radiator expansion tank so i wonder if that was added after the fact or if it's an LT-1 clone. Proceed with caution.

IF This car has no rust issues and it sells for under 50k I will be very surprised
If anyone here buys it...
I would love to be the one to prep that car for bowtie or flight judging. -
The paint needs claybarring and then meguires number 7 a couple of times.
Then pick out the areas on the car which are scratched etc mark with a piece of masking tape... then hand polish the blemish to a 30 -50% reduction using swirl remover -
then go back over the car with either number 7 or meguires wax. --- reassess. -
FWIW when polishing original paint a 30-50% reduction in the appearance of each blemish will remarkably improve the overall appearance of the entire car.

This appears to be a really nice original unmolested car... it doesn't look to have been fluffed or been polished on. I looked at a 30k mile daytona yellow 70 L46 roadster this weekend which was in remarkably similar condition.
