Default 1969 Tuxedo Black w/red interior

I am new to this forum and I did indeed join to try to sell my 1969 C3 here. Hopefully to someone who can take it to the next step, or drive it and enjoy it for a life time.
I purchased this vehicle 11 years ago and Guldstrand Motor Sports in Burbank, CA. did about $6K in work on it back in 2012 roughly.
(Guldstrand is no more as Dick passed away, but I was fortunate to speak with him and hear some remarkable stories)

*New Guages
*Recharged AC and it blows 1969 cold
*Exhaust system
*Replaced 1 cracked Ram Horn Exhaust manifold.
*Installed some heat shields around the floor boards to keep the cockpit cool in the SoCal summers
*No spare, no jack
*am/fm cassette with iPod hook up
*Sub woofer and speakers in back
*No ignition Shield over distributor
*Brakes are great
*Carb just re-built for $200 5/16/19 (wanted to make sure there were no leaks and absolutely running perfect for next owner)
*Brakes are in good condition
*Tires have plenty of tread
*Old weather strip around doors (should be replaced)
*Vacuum system works (lights, wipers etc...)
*Fiber optics (I guess I need to check) those are the lights at the shifter correct? ( I know, sorry)
* Vin# 194379S706098

I have the car listed on eBay for $22,500. I believe I am right in the ballpark and would love to see it go to a good home.

Paint is an issue if you want a GREAT PAINT JOB. The paint is chipping in a few places, but looks good from far and fairly close up too.

PS, PB, AC, automatic, 350 sb
*needs new weather stripping around doors (maybe)

It does have the big block hood but it is a matching number small block with correct color code.

I'll try to answer all the questions I can. Title in hand, clean and ready to ship, look at, or drive home.

Reason for sale: We don't drive our cars anymore, so we are selling 4 of them.
*1969 Corvette
(Edited out Other Cars) sorry about that

Thanks in advance,
Tim

Solid tire tread

Worn weather stripping

crack in dash. 3 of them

crack in dash, 3 in total

Guldstrand motors stated this was due to bad prep job. Original seam is still intact under this fender, fiberglass is strong and not flexing.

The lead NCRS judge for the recent Cinci regional owns a red leather black exterior 69 L46 just killer. - personally I love 69's, (my first vette 30 years ago was a 69 L46) the lack of fender flares and the 4 gills just look mean.

The odometer reads 67,520 but I've been assuming 167,520 and telling interested parties that, just to be safe.

Now this is a really hard to find 69 color combo with killer options, ps/pb, Black/red. Props for the crank windows and rare Working A/C ! Looks great underneath from what we can see. Gotta love the CA cars ! And that BB hood is outstanding , BB or not !!

The mileage on a 50 y/o car don't matter all that much anymore. 67k or 167k...... the condition will be obvious to a knowing buyer that inspects the car first hand.

Let's get your ad rolling and have you be more descriptive on what this car is all about. The more details the better !!

Start with what works and what don't. Vac system all good, wiper door/headlights ? Fiber optics all good ? Parking brake works? History on rear wheel bearings ? Got fluid leaks? Been hit? Got paint chips?....show 'em.

Shaky weatherstrip around the doors ? Take a pic of that.....& any other possible problem areas !! And get you a pic of the Vin Tag on the w/s frame. Easy stuff.

Spare parts ? Got the ign shielding and whatever else? Got a jack & spare ? And the list goes on...

No old owner history, docs ? No real problem anymore but state specifically what you do have. This should be a real easy sale.

It's a free ad, man, not like the old days when you put the car for sale in the local newspaper for $.10 a word and sold it to the guy in the next town over.......

GLWS, really cool car/priced fair/ in a super rare/desirable color combo !

Thank you not only for the compliments but for the info.
I guess I should write it down and go over it before I edit or post another thread.

Appreciation

All great information on how to post a car for sale. I hope you don't mind if I take some of this information and apply it to my ad as well.
