1972 coupe: air, 4speed, original owner!!
This car is RARE and special: original-owner, fully documented, rust free, mint factory “original” condition 1972 T-Top Corvette coupe.
This is not a CUSTOMIZED ‘vette. Purchased by me in Long Beach, CA, November 1971 (Cormier Chevrolet). Near original condition, with original engine, transmission, interior, glass, etc.; all numbers match, 58,200 original miles on base 350 V-8.
Four speed, cold air (134a conversion), original am/fm, power steering/brakes, T-tops with original vinyl storage bags, Protectoplate, full documentation (purchase and service) since 1971, and all GM factory shop manuals, sales brochures, tank sticker (still in place), and owner’s manual (original and extra). Removable rear window with original tray. Original and working vacuum system for headlights and wiper door.
Engine chrome is factory original and excellent condition. Original spare tire and luggage rack; several hundred miles on white letter (reversed) BFG’s. External chrome (front and rear bumpers) is mint condition. Hub “caps” are original; “beauty rings” are perfect.
Saddle interior is original, excellent condition. Original Warbonnet Yellow (gold) color. Always garaged.
Recent inspections and maintenance at Benchmark Automotive (the Kingston Corvette specialty shop) including: upper and lower control arm bushings; heater core replacement; new rear wheel bearings and strut rod bushings; new alternator, power steering pump cylinder, fuel lines; and new exhaust system (and a lot more).
Wife (who has never driven my car) still says “sell!” (Maybe I’m too old to keep it?)
Hagerty valuation (June 2019) for “excellent” with A/C, 4 speed, and power steering: $37,800.
Fairly priced at $39,500. Poulsbo, WA (near Seattle and Bainbridge Island ferry). Serious inquiries only. Shipping not included.

Born in October 1971, our cars could be twins!
Beautiful and special Corvette you have there. So well cared for.
As they say in the classic car hobby, you buy the owner, not the car.
Best of luck with sale.

Not any of us that I know. Most buy the car not the owner's BS stories. Its great to find a Corvette that has not been around many blocks so to speak but I have found some one or two owner Corvettes have had all sorts of things changed or in rough shape.
