Miles appear to be actual at 35000. Power steering, no a/c, 4 spd. No body damage, painted about 2 yrs. ago, new seat covers. Asking $21,500 but will consider wholesale offers.
hard to tell in pictures, but i'm guessing it's someone's version of steel cities grey and not green. looks like a nice C3 and reasonably priced especially if it's an original steel cities grey car.
