1986 Blower won't stop running

My 86 heat and air blower won't stop running or start after key is out. I was told it might be a relay? HELP.

Do you have the Helms manual yet? If not, get one! www.helminc.com - they publish the GM factory service manual.

More then likely it is a relay... I just don't know where it is on a 1986...

On my 87, there's the high speed relay where the red arrow is pointing, The white arrow is the resistor module for the other speeds.
