If those are door seals the holes should line up. I have some clear ones. If I remember right I had one side that did not line up. I just drilled through the hole into the sill. It installed without a problem.

Yea, I am having a real problem around the emergency brake lever. Seems like these sill covers are too tall. Looks like I will have to trim some of to get to seat right.

Mine didn't quite fit right around the E-brake either, but with a little persuasion the sill piece would slide in between the E-brake trim and the carpet.

I have those installed in my 92 and they fit well, I just had to drill a hole on the outside part so I could screw them...
I have a black interior, it looks great with those

I have a 92 and to make them fit I cut a little off because of the emergency brake. I used double sided tape to keep them in place works fine.

No mods necessary. If they are the correct size, there is a left sill protector and a right sill protector. Try switching them.

I put em on my 87 a few years ago. I've scrapped the drivers side so much getting in and out that most of the white letterng is gone. They fit perfect without any problem.
