Default 84 cloth seats

I have 84 sport cloth seats that need to be reupholstered. due to the rarity of the cloth i cant find anyone in my area who can get the right cloth from their distributors. all thats available in grey is cloth for an astro van. any one know of a place that reproduces corvette cloth?

I think Ecklers might have something.

At this point no one has the material and there is no plan to produce it plus there were two designs of the material.

You might see somebody do this in a couple of years for the restoration market, but you can bet it will be pricey.

I have a '93 with cloth seats (the last year they were available) and ended up buying some Wet Okles (sp?). I love them and are available in about any color you want. Otherwise, just go to an auto upholstery shop and they should be able to match the color.

Had the same problem with my 85 cloth seats. Had a local upholstery shop that matched material as close as we could find not exact but pretty close. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had the local upholstery shop redo my cloth seats with some generic cloth that I liked the look of.
Did the cushions in a pattern cloth, the bolsters in a plain cloth.
Had corvette embroidered on each headrest with thread that matches the color of thread in the pattern cloth.
To me it looks awesome, just what I wanted.
I didnt want leather so there was no real other choice.
Glad I did it this way
