Hand brake adjustment

Hi!
I'm C4, 1995 owner.
Does anyone know how to adjust handbrake (emergency brake)?
It grabs on about the last one or two clicks.

Cruise-In II Veteran

You parking adjustment is automatic, or should be.

Try cycling the lever 3-4 times and then check it out for free travel.
