2006 Resolutions
I am going to go to Cruise In, Bloomington Gold and Carlisle this year. Probably will squeeze in Chevy Vette Fest but not sure if I can get the time off for
Funfest.
What's on your list?
What do you left- coasters do for Corvette events?
I'm just going to be happy to have enough time to get the '87 out of the garage this year. It's been a long time since I've been to Carlisle....maybe try and get there this year also.
Finish last few major projects on the Vette, go to Cruise-In this year, loose my stomach bulge and quit smoking for good. Oh yes and make the final payments on my Corvette!
We will definitely go to Corvettes at Carlisle...wouldn't miss it for anything! Anyone going will be in for a delight...already more than 80 Grand Sports committed to attending the GS 10th anniversary celebration at Carlisle!!
Alan and I are also going to Bowling Green in July for the first time...we're looking forward to that trip!

well coming up at the local casino, there's the "3 Kings" event.
King of Rock N Roll
King of Beers
King of Sports Cars
our club was invited, but the weather has been super crappy for us to trek out with the vette and find a baby sitter than can stay over night, so I don't know if we're going. we'd like to, but who knows. at the height of the storm there was no way for us to get home, all of the major highways were closed due to slides and trees, one right next to our house.
As for national events, I doubt we'll go to any, anytime soon at least.
1. Develope 1996 Collector Edition Corvette Registry website.
2. Get new Rims/Tires for the 96 CE.
3. Get to the NCM and check it out....funny I have never been.
4. Attend either Carlisle or Funfest.
My #1 resolution is to get my '88 PAID OFF! I still owe about $5k on it, and I actually have a plan set out to get it completely paid off in about 3-4 months *crosses fingers*
