Default Getting sawblades painted...polo green or black?

I found a guy in town who is going to paint my sawblade rims for me! The big question: should I get them painted black or polo green (to match body)? I need some feedback! If anyone could photoshop me some pictures with both colors, i would greatly appreciate it.

I vote for "not green". And leave the outer lip clear.

If your going to go thru the trouble of painting, may I suggest you polish them and just paint the small vent areas black.
Painting the entire wheels to match your car is old school '80s.

OMG green is horrible. If you must....go with black.
IMHO polished is the all time prettiest.

I'm not a big fan of chrome, but it looks GREAT with the polo green. Gun metal could cool too.

Well, Big, I guess I may be the only one: I LIKE the green-painted wheels. They look good to me. No kidding.

However, the new idea of painting just the parts not on the flat surface, that could be very subtle. And good, too. Might want to go green there, maybe.....

Oh, and one last thing: is this "painting" or powder coating?

btw, Big, a little more info in your profile would sure be nice, like where in Texas (it's a big state), a first name to mr. Big, etc.

On polo green I would just leave them stock.

I will try to fill out my profile more later. My name is Brian.

Why paint them? Because my clear coat is coming off on two of the rims.

This is powder coat painting.

Gotta go black man. Either that or chrome. Only two colors I personally would ever have on a rim. Good luck on a choice.

That's what I was thinking, like the factory ZO6 wheels. you could do this yourself. The ZO6 wheel color is available from Duplicolor and then just finish it off w/ their clearcoat for wheels. One of my sets of ZO6 wheels was purchased used. I repaired the scars on them and they look as good as the new set I bought.

If you want them powdercoated, why not get them in an aluminum color?
