Took the plunge! Now I have an LT-4
After years of playing with C3s but wanting a C4 as a fun weekend toy, the wife an I just bought a black/black LT-4 at carlisle. Damn is that a fast car! It came at the expense of me having to sell my 69 convertible, which sucks, but the LT-4 sure is impressive. The fact that it came with 19K miles, 5-spoke CE rims (and new tires), and red hash marks just makes it better. Prying it out my wife's hands is gonna be difficult...
Now I need to expand my research into understanding gear ratios, hints and tips, and all the other misc. info so I'm as knowledgeable on this car as I am on my C3s!
And i guess I have to update my signature line too!

Re: Took the plunge! Now I have an LT-4 (69L71)
I know how you feel. I just got my LT4 Collector Edition last Sunday. I had it shipped from Rogers Corvettes in Orlando. I have just driven it around the block so far because it isnt registered or safety check, etc. Never got it out of 2nd gear. I did detail it and put about three coats of Zaino. Wonderful cars and I am excited about the LT4 performance. Good luck with your new car. :seeya

Thats cool, too bad you had to get rid of the 69, maybe you can get it back some day. How much did the LT4 cost you at Carlisle? Was it a good price?

I haven't had time to clean up and take any real good pics of the car yet, but here's a pic of one HAPPY garage!
More pics will follow, probably this weekend.
