Valvoline Synpower DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluid.
It is a borated ester than has higher boling point and absorbs less water.
I have used it for the past 2 years in my Verts

I use Castrol LMA for both brake and clutch. Its a good alternative for street use.

Just remember. its just an old Chebby... so unless you are one of those people that thinks synthetic solutions is the answer to everything, then cheap stuff will do in most cases.

The Valvoline IS cheap stuff! A bottle is priced competitively with the lower priced options.

I use the Synpower and have had ZERO problems. I highly recommend it.

GM recommends a specific fluid for the clutch hydraulics so they won't squeek... The Synpower has never allowed the clutch hydraulics to squeek.
