i have a wrecked 87 c4 that i bought for parts, i want to put the motor and tranny in my 68 c10, my question is what part of the harness will i need, because from what i see . the hares comes out of the passenger side and goes back in the drivers side, am i gonna need the whole fuse block and everything or will i be able to seperate just the engine harness from all the other stuff

Answer: you can do it either way, depending on which you feel the most comfortable with.
I believe there is a company which specializes in custom wiring harnesses...I can't remember the name at the moment...and it might save you a great deal of frustration if you have them make up a harness just for your application. I'd do the search for you, but I need to get to work this morning....
