I wrote a little guide a while back, here's the two parts of it:

How To Signup for Photobucket - Tutorial Inside

How to Use Photobucket & Post Photos here - Tutorial Inside

There are some dead pictures where people posted and eventually got how to do it, took down their pictures, or renamed an album. BTW - I am going to update this tutorial within the next two or three weeks to reflect any and all changes made to photobuckets setup.
