Anyone with chrome rims that posted on here already, are your rims chrome in the back also? I have chrome ZR1 style rims but I want to find someone/somewhere to get them rechromed or buy new ones where the entire rims is chromed.

This may sound stupid - but since I'm in the market for buying new wheels and tires for my 86 C4 ...

When you see a rim size of 17.0x9.5 - what does the 9.5 stand for?
