Is this a good set of spark plug wires?
I told the G-friend awhile ago that I was going to need to get a set of plugs and wires, yesterday she says " hold out your hand I have something for you" She hands me these. Has anyone had any experience with these wires??
Thanks

Go with the LT4, GM Performance Parts Sparkplug. They are the BEST period... Don't go for gimmicks they never work. Keep It Simple....This is the best advice....stay with GM. :yesnod:

Use them regardless if they are any good. There will probably not be any difference in using these over a performance oriented wire and you will please your girlfriend by using them rather than the ole' "thanks honey, but I want some good wires" bit. Now if they don't fit, then you have an excuse. ;) I would put them on and see how it runs without giving it a second thought. Don't forget to thank your girlfriend for wanting to help you enjoy your hobbies. Definately cool of her to buy them for you.

What kind of wire looms did you use? The 8mm taylors barely squeeze into the stock ones.

Consider yourself lucky. The last girl I went out with didn't care for cars or my hobby, much less buy me car parts. My immediate family even has a "no Vette parts as presents" rule in place (probably because I spend so much on my car as it is)...
I don't think there'd be a huge difference in the performance of the wire, especially in a stock application.
Thank her for them and put 'em on your car.
