Default avoid www.superbrightleds.com

for several reasons.

They IGNORE their customers who want to return product (they claim 30 days for returns).

Their LED lamps are no brighter than the $2.00 ones on Ebay.

Sounds like a fly by night outfit to me.

Try calling them, a lot of people on a lot of other forums swear by them and ozium.com.

Default Thanks Rick...

Thanks Rick but their PREFERRED method of 'return contact' is via email.

They ignored it.

Since they don't want further business from me I thought I'd pass the information along.

Then just dispute the charge with your CC company or bank if that's how you paid. If it goes through, your CC company issues the vendor a fine for the chargeback you filed on top of the purchase price they had to issue back. It still sounds like you know there is a phone number, yet have not called them.

From their web site:

Super Bright LEDs, Inc.
St.Louis, Missouri 63031 USA
Tel: 314-972-6200 Fax: 314-972-6202

Didn't see anything about "PREFERRED method of 'return contact' is via email".

Default since you represent them

I'll just tell you this.

If you READ their website you'll SEE that they want you to contact them via email within 30 days.

I've already canceled the payment via the CC company.

I didn't realize that there were people on this website who don't WANT to know about crooked vendors. In the future I'll keep it to myself.

My mistake.

From their website: Took me 10 seconds to find this.
