Not yet...
No C4 yet...will be getting one soon though (and thus the surprise about all the green ones)...
White is good...black is good...in fact...any other other color than Green is good.
Am I the only one that hates green?...
hehehehehehe

The answer to your question is quite simple. Not only are the Polo Green/tan the best looking Vettes but they are by far the most reliable. That's why you still see so many of them
My 95 is my year-round daily driver. bought it not quite 3 years ago with 36K on it and now have 76K on it.

When I was looking for a Vette, the Green looked quite nice. It just didn't pan out. I ended up with a triple brown roadster. Similar to the Bronzemist that was on my mom's old 01 Malibu, loved that color.
My only requirement as far as color was no red cars. Better dead than red.
The Green C4 has a very rich look to it, as previous mentioned. It just looks good. Strick show the picture of your car everyone here likes and that will end all discussion.

Yellow is the true Corvette color
I'm sorry to disagree but yellow is the true Corvette color. Notice that it is always featured in all the ads and in all the magazines too. It takes a special person to drive a yellow Corvette. Let's face it yellow rocks!

The Polo Green color is one of my favorites. The biggest reason that I didn't buy Polo was I owned two 90's Bonnevilles (92 and 96 SSEi) that were the same color and I really had to work at keeping them clean. Here in western Kansas the Green showed the dirt, dust, road grime worse than any other color of vehicle I have owned (never owned a black car). I loved it when they were clean, can't beat that color. In retrorspect, I'm pretty **** about my White and Polo probably wouldn't have taken any more time than the white to keep clean.

Polo II/Tan is the best looking C4 Combo Period. If I could find a reasonable priced ZR-1 in this combo I would buy i a heartbeat.

2 each their own desires! For this reason that is why people didn't always like buying Fords 1st cars back in the early 1900s due to black being the only color option. I like Quazar Blue, Yellow, Dayton Orange and Polo Green. I personnaly am not real happy with GM-Chevrolet for dropping the Polo Green metalic color option on the later C5s and C6 cars. Just my opinion.
When you decide on the vette you want you will like it no matter what color combination it is because it will be YOURs!

I'm always amazed what an up-roar people get in about color!! I drive the car not the color and have had good experiences with many colors including green which isn't easy to keep-up but looks great when well detailed!! Pick the one you love to look at. I'm just glad there are so many choices since the Model T days.

I just took my polo green 95 convertible with light beige interior and tan top on some errands. Wow was it an exhilerating drive!!! I think it was because it is green.
Hate to think about having to put it in storage in a few days. Damn Wisconsin winters.

I love the polo green, especially the slightly lighter pg2 with the light saddle/fawn int. Most of the people who don't like it haven't really seen a detailed one (okay, some have )

The bottom line is for you, don't buy a polo Vette if you don't like them. Why stir the pot? The Polo Club is a force in the Corvette world just like the Black Sheep Squadron. Of all the metalic paints GM came out with polo, charcoal, and some blues really stand out if you like metalics. To me, the non metalics look like enamals. BUY ONLY WHAT YOU LIKE! You have to live with it.
