Hello have a question about the wires plugged into the Amp under the dash on the pass side. Do I just need the black harness thats plugged into the Amp to bypass the system there are 2 other harnesses but very hard to get them out. I am installing new speakers also, so crutchfield said I would only be using like 4 wires from the GM harness. The black harness seems like the right one.Car harness fits the GM harness. Also does anyone know if those harnesses that are plugged into the Amp get unplugged,Can you get them closer to the area where the tuner was or do you have to run separate wires from GM harness to new tuner harness. Wondering if I could snake that harness back toward old tuner Thanks

Don't know about wiring but you need to add some resistors to the stock lighting circuit otherwise your SYS light will be on
the CCM monitors the circuit and throws a code if it is disconnected

Go to the Audio section and read the C4 sticky.

If I remember right you will remove all wires from the old radio controller. The resistors wire in behind the radio head in the factory wiring harness. there is a TSB on it.

Hello all done with the Aftermarket Radio install not to bad if you did installs in the past obviously the Bose system different animal but not bad especially with a little help from Crutchfield. I installed a JVC CD player with bluetooth HD Radio and Rockford Fosgate Punch 152 51/4" in kick panel and the Punch 165 6.5" speakers in the rear system sounds 100% better than the Old Bose System
