I've been meaning to e-mail you for a while...
68downunder posts in the C3 section and off topic sometimes (he's a bit of a tool though... :p: :jester ). He knows who I am so hopefully this joke won't make me eligible for payback from him...:eek: :D.
68downunder and myself are members of the same Corvette club. Too bad you aren't arriving for the 10/3/02 - our club is going to a show and shine at Cronulla Beach then, it's usually a good day.
I'd still like to meet up at a pub sometime, I'll definitely e-mail you tonight.

Pity your not coming to Melbourne, you could hook up with members from Corvette of Melbourne & Vic. Vettes. We've got a couple of people out here at the moment that worked at Bowling Green, the've been giving talks to the meetings we hold every month - very interesting !!!

Red 90 is planning on meeting up with us on a Friday or Saturday night, whichever is better for him and his friends, when we have set plans I will let you know....Ruby_Roadster, how about a road trip and you meet us in Sydney....LOL
We choose Sydney because my wife is wanting to move there, we were in Melbourne last year in Febuary. So far we have been to Sydney, Cairns, Alice Springs, Melbourne, Undara, Uluru, and all the little towns and attractions surrounding these great places. My favorite was Cairns, just because I loved the Daintree area and love diving. We dove Holms Reef for three days back last January.

What ever you do when you settle, ship the vette out as well. much cheaper than buying one locally.

I am looking, have not found anyone to sponsor. I actually own a computer retail/wholesale shop now. I worked for Indepth Data (division of Dow Jones)in the IT department as systems operator and repair. I have lost a lot of my skills, but have management, purchasing, personell, and small business networking skills as well as pc repair skills that I would like to use to find a new job down there...I will get a resume together and e-mail it to you.
