Sorry, but I disagree.
Your 1992 Dark Red Metallic/Black A4 had the ARE rims. I had a set on my '88, and I'd REALLY like to get another set for my '92. On my '88, I stripped the clear-coat off the outer lip, and had them polished perfectly.
It had the right mix of 'racer' look and class.

I really wanted the wheels in post #11, the blue car. Six spoke I Forged but $$$$. I think they would be bad *** in 12" rears with early vette backspace which creates more lip. The red car in that pic has very modern wheel that looks good on exotics and C6, but I'm not liking it on the C4.
Lars
Kinda like the CCW Classic myself. Although I would like to add some color, the polished look isn't my favorite, but black is overdone, maybe a light gunmetal to match the belt line trim../ramble off/

I really like the offset on the 5-spoke wheels, anyone know the "aspect ratio" on the tires on the red callaway with the HRE's?
Sorry Lars, but there are nicer rims out there. http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z...1/Vette011.jpg

Oh boy, another rim thread. Must be number 2,345,863. I'm in!
Not the coolest. That would be the Fikse FM5. Anything that came off a C4, C5, or C6 is just boring, unless somebody has a pic with the new C6 Z06 Spider Wheels. I do love the setup Lars has. I am, however, one of the first to to post with the AR TT II's.

I normally don't prefer spokes but I like these
