Try getting on line and look for cornhusker vettes and shoot them an e-mail. They encompass the state of Nebraska and I believe the president lives in Omaha.

Default Hello Fellow Vette Lover in Omaha!

I live in Elkhorn and have narrowed it down to 2 ....

1. West End Audio and Upholstery - Owner is Jim Barker...nice guy...it's a father and son shop and they do good work.....I've seen some of their stuff. Phone number is (402) 341-4262. Address is 20120 Vetrans Drive, Elkhorn, NE 68022.

2. Lions Automotive Upholstery - I've only spoke with them. Phone number is (402) 331-5466. Address is 8606 G St, Omaha...inside Deluxe Body Co. Nice guys....can't speak to their work. They are a supporting advertiser for Cornhusker Corvettes monthly magazine.

If you try one of these....let me know how things come out. I need to replace the vert top on my 1996 CE, but I'm going to wait until next year.

If you haven't attended....try going to Cars and Coffee on Saturday mornings 7:30am to 9:30am. It's in the Hy-Vee parking lot at 156th and Maple St. It's a good way to see fellow "Car Guys" and have a good cup of coffee from Starbucks.

See ya!

Lincoln...not bad, but was hoping for something in the Metro. My grease monkey buddy who got in me into vettes and has been helping me with my C6 will be moving away soon. Sadly, I don't have the knowledge, tools or mechanical experience to feel confident about doing more an simple maintenance.

Not to bring out an older post, but Did you ever find any in the Omaha area? Looking for a body shop that would install aero parts in Omaha.

I had some work done on my ZR-1 by H.S. Automotive. They are primarily a performance shop and do mods on more modern cars... it I was happy with the work they did for me. I’m not sure if they’ll be able to help, but you could call them to find out: https://www.hsdynoshop.com/

Default Shop

I took my 92 Vert to Later Day’z Customs in Council Bluffs for a engine miss. They were great to work with. They do custom body work and paint. Custom interior work also. Kevin
