92 a/C

My 92 coupe's air conditioning is not working properly, the air only comes out of the heat vents, close to the floor. The ac vents are not blowing any cold air. Air is cold but only blowing thru floor vents. Any suggestions on problem or cure? Thanks

Vacuum, Check the tree,. I think it is located on the passenger side by the fuel rail, But I am not sure on a 92, if its not that then it might be the AC/Heater programmer.
