Will they fit? Yes they will fit on your 91. Depending on the 17X11 rears offset they will fit outside of your rear fenders. If they are a 50MM GS offset they will poke out about 1/2 an inch which is why the GS cars have those little eyebrow rear fender flairs. If they are a 36MM offset (True ZR-1 rear wheel offset) they will stick out even further. Spacers are not required. GC

I'll vouch for JW Motoring's ZR1 wheels. They are deep dish, don't stick out even with Goodyear F1 GS-D3 315x17s. Did not need spacers and did not rub after having the car lowered 1 1/2 in all around.
