Default Pictures of rocker panels...

does anybody have pictures of early C4 rocker panels? i am going to paint my vette come spring time (and tax return time) and need to know if i should buy new/used ones.

where the jack is supposed to be placed, there are some pretty deep dents in it from the claw of the jack from the PO.

Just repair it, fiberglass is easy to work with.

I don't think they are fiberglass. The rocker panels are probably ABS plastic. They are very flexible.

If you want to visibly hide the damage from jacking, paint the vertical portions in flat black. That will help to hide the nicks and gouges. And I think that the early C4's had black paint in that area. My 87 is that way.

There's a guy that sells stuff here, kg1922001, he sold me a set of used ones in pretty decent shape for I think it was $35 shippped.
