Where is the icm located?

I have a 94 lt1 and just did the opti/wp. Seems good to go. I have heard alot of talk about the icm and wondering where it is located? I was told it is in the ecm?

It is on the front of the passenger side head, right by the coil.

question, should I replace the icm? Looks easy, one bolt. If so should it be a ac/delco part only? Or go to my local auto store?
