horn fuse keeps blowing
Hey anybody, I replaced the horn conacts yesterday behind the horn button on my 95. Due to horn blowing when turning the wheel ,one direction or the other. Contacts were all deterioated. But now if you toot the horn for more than two or three seconds ,it will blow the horn fuse. Anyone else had this similar problem? What should I look for now ,for fixing it? Thanks, brent317

Mine was the same way, when I took the button out. I replaced the contacts also, looks exactly like yours tat you replaced. Horn works ok when the doors lock and you get the short horn chirp. But when I push the horn button for a couple of seconds, it blows the fuse. brent317

One of your horns may be bad, try unplugging one at a time to see if the fuse still pops, then replace the offending culprit. If the fuse still blows with both disconnected you have a wire shorted between the relay and horns.
