Did you pull the code as I suggested in the other thread you posted?

Normally this happens when its low on Freon. But pulling the codes from your ALDL port under your steering wheel with a paper clip can get to the codes. This also could be a head unit issue and miswiring since the top end of the dash needed to come out to replace the heater core. Lot or wires and hard lines back there

This happened to ours a couple years ago and it's low on freon. Check your manual if you have one.

I agree you have to pull the codes but not from the ALDL connector where the codes come from the CCM and ECM/PCM. You need the get the codes from the (A/C) Control head. Use this link to get the codes.

The mechanic probably didn't hook the door actuator motor back up, or at least some wire for the A/C. Considering what I went through to have my A/C working properly again (looooong story), I say it's the door actuator motor not being hooked up. Should be an easy fix. Does the heat still work?

Sure would be nice to know the Year since systems vary by Year - but disconnect and reconnect the battery first and see if that takes care of it.
