For a "ballpark" estimate, take the standard sticker price, then double that for the ZR-1 option.

Base price for ZR-1s started at $58,955 and ended at $68,043. That's a range of between $97,450 and $102,900 in today's dollars. ZR-1s came loaded, so as delivered prices weren't much higher.

Something new for anyone wanting to have a really nice display-quality Build Sheet and Window Sticker is the laser-etched wood versions.

These are pricey but they really look nice. The wood is alder and they have a nice frame. Of course if you are an NCM member, you get a good discount when you order. And if you're not a member, you can join and receive the member discounts. The NCM membership fees are fully tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

I just joined the NCM so I can order my build sheet and window sticker when I'm done setting up the garage. Can't wait.

The dealer was bought out in 1987 with a new name but still Chevy, I had no idea she was a local girl!

Pretty interesting discovering all the options and prices. Makes a nice addition to the car! I consider it worth the price!
What took you so long? Are you getting old?
