Where is the theft det fuse?

Where is the theft deterrent fuse located, When I got into the car last night the horn kept going off. I had to unplug them, Car starts up fine. I tried locking unlocking the doors with the keys and no help, I pulled the dash panel and the is no fuse block behind the drivers info ctr.. Where did they put it?
