Halo Sealed Beam Projector Headlight

I just purchased this new headlamp. It is advertised as not requiring any type of conversion. However the halo and the lower blue light has a power and ground wire coming off of it. The lights did not come with any direction and I am having a hard time finding out a way to power these two additional lights. Hopefully there is someone out there how has these types of lights and can give me a little advice. Thank for the help
