If they are just dirty, use Mother's
If they are a dull stainless that your are trying to polish for the first time, try 00 steel wool ( I think that's the very fine) and then Mother's

Pre-corvette days I used to use a new S.O.S. pad, sopping wet or course. Worked great. I haven't done my tips yet and was planning on using that unless someone chimes in and tells me i'm :crazy:
