Yes, they are 5k hid fogs, 35 watt ballasts from theretrofitsource.com
These are the only HID's that have given me no problems.

Full Saturday's work of polishing and cleaning, but I think it came out pretty good. Will have to hit it again in the spring to really make her shine, but for now I'm happy.

New pics from this year. Probably put 200 miles on it this year which is alot compared to the last 3. Introduced my daughter to the car this year. Scared at first but by fall she kept asking to go for longer rides.
