94 water temp sender
I did a motor swap and I am looking where to connect my water temp. sensor. I see 3, one on the water pump, one on the pass. side and the other on the driver side.
Thanks Chris

What motor is it? If it's a standard SBC, then it should be on the passanger side. But, as long as it's in coolant, it should be okay. I would avoid the water pump though...
*edit*
Wait, are you saying that there are 3 places to put the temp sensor, or 3 DIFFERENT temp sensors?.....

rodj told you the correct answer. For a little more detail the sensor on the water pump sends the info to the PCM, which in turn also feeds the digital gauge. Then there is a sensor on the passenger side head between #6 and #8 cylinders that simply feeds the analog gauge. The F body LT engines have the same sensor on the driver's side head between #1 and #3 cyllinders. For a stock Corvette LT engine the one on the driver's side is plugged off with a 3/8" pipe plug. Hope this helps clarify it for you.
