It was last year just before I turned 31. It was an entire decade of saying "I'll get it next year" until I finally did after 10 years.

First one was 1990 and I bought my 1980 as a college graduation gift to myself. Still own it.

Sixty-seven ... a week ago. I'm a late starter, I guess.

24 for me. But my fascination started earlier. As a middle-schooler I had a blue midyear Corvette slot racer. Then in high school I can still remember Bud Grovner's black midyear roaring down a side street in our little town. After getting out of the Army in March of 1972 I bought a nice '63 roadster. Kept that a few years, restored it, and traded for the '66 coupe in March of '77 that we still have today. Nice thread!

I was 19 and bought a new 1966 convertible with a removable hardtop. 327/350hp, close ratio 4 speed, 3.73 diff. It was fast!

I've been married for 37 years. Goals are much easier to meet with success than the drama of those caused by relationships that the un-committed are looking for.

My 50th's coming up in a couple of weeks.

Gonna start looking fora stock 2013. Im gonna take my time this time around and get the one I want at the price I want.

Of course, I did that with my last one, but I'm gonna be extra picky this time around.
