Thanks,just looking into one. doing some standing mile stuff this year and a diffuser on the c4 is something i would like to see.My buddy has a avionics shop with aluminum and brakes so if i get an idea we could make it up.
Any pics of your car on here? Like to see wheels.

Mine still has the spare. The spare tire rack would make a better luggage rack IMO.
I carry a AAA card. I would never use the spare as I don't want to be laughed at driving on a little mini-donut spare tire.
The rack is made to extend in order to hold a real spare but then it would show so I guess I'll just continue to carry the mini under there.

I was being a smart ***. I would put on the spare if necessary. I'll have to check for air though.
A couple of years ago my Tbird threw a tread, I did leave it on the side of the road until the next morning. When the AAA tow truck showed up he asked "why didn't you put on the spare?", I said "that's what I pay you to do". He did not think it was funny. I would NOT leave my Vette on the road over night. That privilage is for Fords.
What's nice about my Vette is that there is a light for the spare for changing at night. Quite convenient.
