so the moon roof plexiglass almost completely removed itself from the vette yesterday. luckily its sunny right now and i was able to just pull the whole top. is there an easy fix for this that i can do or is it better to just take it to a local automotive glass shop?

Dude that sux, I've never heard of that happening, you may want to hit up Craigslist to see if you can pick up one cheap. Every once in a while I come across one for $150 or so

Please say targa top glass. There are a few threads here on reattaching the lens to the frame and the types of adhesives used. Do a search for those types. If your nervous about doing it yourself, take it to a glass shop. They may offer a warranty against separation in the future as well.
