Default 1996 C4 ASR Problem

Code C0065
ASR service light, ASR off light, No supply voltage from EBTCM to ASR Actuator. Circuit 560 wire test good from EBTCM to Actuator. Am really looking at Buying a EBTCM? Circuit 561 test good and I have a good groud at EBTCM

Car is a 96 LT4 6 speed, any help please

Do you have all the power going into the unit that you are supposed to?

Pin 1 is a good ground
Pin 2 3 4 5 have power

I'll take that as a yes.

If you have your FSM, look into when you are supposed to have power going to the actuator. Then try to mimic the conditions and see if indeed it does send power. If it does not, it SOUNDS like your EBTCM might be malfunctioning. I'm not up to date on the newer 95?-96 ABS/ASR 5 unit. It differs from the older ABS/ASR units.

Wait when you say actuator do you mean the throttle relaxer motor and such?
