shorter serpentine belt for c4?
my ac clutch is out (not sure compressor) .without ac off it still has broken 2 serpentine belts.cant afford clutch right now .was wondering if they made a shorter serp belt that bipasses the ac.its a 94 with lt1
WELL I REALIZED AFTER I POSTED DONT SEE IT HAPPENING BUT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELETE LOL

Plenty of shorter belts available but there is a reason why they make A/c delete pulleys ( so you can maintain stock belt arrangement )

go to auto parts store, they have every belt length. Get your rib patter, run a string where the new belt will go to get a base length then bring your serpentine tool and start trying them till you find the right size. Its what i do and has worked on several cars so far.
