I was washing the 'Vert this AM when I seemed to have tripped the latch on the door. The latch part on the back of the driver's door is closed and I can't open it for love or money. All the other locking mechanisms seem to work OK, I just can get the latch open, therefore can't close the door. And yes, I've tried the key. Help!

Stick a screwdriver in the latch and pull back while pulling the door handle.

You'll need to insert something that can "open" the latch when you lift the handle. Just put some pressure towards the body of the car with whatever you insert and lift handle. Don't insert it to far or it won't unlatch. It might help to have a helper!

Yeah, it's spring loaded closed, so lift the handle and raise the latch against the spring pressure till it clicks to the open position.
