I did shorter bolts in the rear (you maybe able to just tighten your spring bolts down, but may run out of threads like I did. I got these from Amazon
Amazon Amazon
(from Ecklers, made by Van Steel, i paid $30 other day, now they are 37), the bolts I had were 12" long, these are 10" long, and I actually wish I had an 11" bolt. the 12" long bolts. So i COULD have bought the correct 9/16 tap and added threading to the bolts, but then it would have have rusted, and a decent quality tap was 28ish.

For the front, I grabbed some 1/4" phenolic type of scrap material, trimmed to fit under the spring, used a 2nd jack to lift the spring to create a gab and slid the material in. The 1/4" under the end of the spring gave me about 1" of lift.

Its great having more then 1-2" of suspension travel!

That's cool, wheel wells nicely "filled".

Finally warm enough to get the splash guards installed, followed by a pressure wash to rid the lower panels of accumulated crud.

Checked out the color match of the Wheel Skins wrap with interior color, and == perfect.

With temps in the mid 60ís, I took it out for a drive for the first time since around Thanksgiving. I was glad to see my extensive pre-storage ritual which consisted of nothing more than parking it and walking away....paid off! She started right up and seemed happy to be out of the garage!

They are 304 stainless and they look good to me, the only thing I wonder about is spark plug clearance which was pointed out to me by some other members when I started a thread on them but Iíll worry about that after the exhaust shop installs them.

The one side looks like there will be no spark plug issue, the other side...

Default Springtime

I took the cover off, disconnected the battery maintainer, and took it for a spin. Ran great!

Got the red Wheel Skin sewed onto the OEM black wheel on the "new" '89; took 3hrs instead of advertised 1hr.

Default New EGR Valve and wire from Corvette Central

Here is the old one and boy was it done. The wire fell off. Time to try smog again since was a little high on Nox. Diaphragm was rotted.

Washed and waxed my 91 today since weather finally letting up. Even with so-so paint a wash and wax makes it look faster lol. (don't pay attention to wheels )

Tried to bleed the clutch hydraulics. No dice. I'll get it one day.

I think the original owner hid some angel dust hidden in his headlight motors.
For less than $18 I put in the proper pellets. Works much better!
