Anyone using a tilt lift? (ramp style lift)

This looks like it would be ideal to work under the car with. I just wonder if drive on / drive off is as easy as they show?

I want something like this to make it a little easier to work on and clean the lower sides and under the car. I wonder if this must be taken down and put away, or if you can park the car on it all the time?
